IMO® Problem IT™ provides clinicians a way to enter a diagnosis for a patient Problem List without altering the language they would normally use for that diagnosis. IMO® Problem IT™ solves the problem of forcing clinicians to remember and use the often awkward and cumbersome ICD-10-CA coding language when documenting in the EHR.
IMO® Procedure IT™ contains a powerful master index allowing clinicians and coders to find the procedure terms they need quickly and easily from a charge perspective. This offering also includes revision information (back to 1995), a hierarchical classification structure, help notes, fee schedules, and National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) information.
