Channel Partner Associate

This position has a sales focus and therefore there is an expectation that the efforts and activities of this role will lead to growth in revenue of our channel partners.  With an expectation to grow sales comes a variable compensation portion of total cash compensation that will be communicated in writing to each individual in the role, as well as at the start of each year.

The Channel Partner Associate is responsible for the day to day management of IMO’s partnership with various channel partners as well as working to ensure continued growth. IMO’s growth is being driven through its partnerships and IMO needs to have an individual who is entrepreneurial, driven, and curious to manage and identify areas of growth within our partnerships. The channel associate will need to be able to understand and learn the multiple viewpoints needed to manage a channel: sales, implementation, marketing, project management, and market awareness. The channel associate will also be responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer issues that may need partner assistance to resolve and to increase IMO’s “stickiness” within their organization. This is a position that requires you to be a generalist, and be able to quickly learn different parts of the organization. While this is not a sales position, it is a position that requires a sales and business development focus.

Channel Sales Associate

The Channel Sales Associate is responsible for the ongoing sale, implementation, onboarding and incremental expansion of Provider applications, IMO’s expansion into provider market types which consist but are not limited to EMRs, EHRs, Charge Capture and Practice Management solutions.

Client Executive

The Client Executive (CE) role will be primarily client facing and work to drive new sales, along with other initiatives that may fall into purview. Expect 50 to 60 % travel. The operative will be responsible to manage a full territory and work in conjunction with a Division leader as well as an Account Management team to generate new revenues within that territory.

Clinical Terminologist

The Clinical Terminologist works as part of the team responsible for creation and maintenance of IMO’s rapidly expanding clinical terminology content, which is used by hundreds of thousands of clinicians worldwide. DevOps Engineer

The objective of the DevOps Engineer is to manage, monitor, and maintain IMO hosting systems and hosted applications, as well as to ensure system availability and performance complies with Global Hosting Operations’ expectations and standards.  The Hosting Systems DevOps Engineer will have a strong focus on understanding and proactively addressing current hosting needs as well as planning for future capacity, security and availability of hosted infrastructure and applications.  

This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, it also requires the candidate to have strong interpersonal and cross-departmental communication skills.  Self-motivation and ability to learn quickly is essential.

Medical Terminology Analyst

Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. (IMO), developers of the most widely used and physician-preferred terminology service for electronic health records (EHR) systems, is seeking a highly detailed individual to join our growing team. Product Integration Specialist

The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that IMO’s suite of products are delivered and optimally implemented within the Customer’s Health IT applications. They work with diverse teams both within and outside of IMO to incorporate unique attributes to achieve prime technical integration for the customer’s environment. Systems Administrator – Network Services

Responsible for supporting ITS equipment and employees in a Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, from design through implementation including ongoing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting. Performs a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software. Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of ITS supported infrastructure. Technical point of contact for IMO’s messaging environments (O365), software deployment through SCCM, and all licensing requirements for software usage. Works as an integral part of the systems team.
