Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for providing full life-cycle proactive account management for assigned customers, and will be the primary post-sales contact for customers. The Account Manager typically works with customers in a specific geography and/or assigned EHR channel.

Associate Account Manager/Project Coordinator

The Associate Account Manager/Project Coordinator is the advocate for the client to IMO. Responsible for providing full life-cycle proactive account management while assisting in the onboarding process of various IMO products & services within a specific geography and/or assigned EHR channel.

Channel Partner Associate

Responsible for day-to-day support of the management of IMO’s partnership with various channels. Responsible for managing partner/customer issues that need resolution and to increase IMO’s “stickiness” within their organization. This position requires an individual to be a generalist who can quickly learn various aspects of the partner’s organization.

The overall goal of this role is to grow sales with assigned vendor partners. Although not direct sales, this position has accountability for the sales through the assigned channels. This role will have commission pay as 15-20% of total cash compensation.

Client Executive

The Client Executive (CE) role will be primarily client facing and work to drive new sales, along with other initiatives that may fall into purview. Expect 50 to 60 % travel. The operative will be responsible to manage a full territory and work in conjunction with a Division leader as well as an Account Management team to generate new revenues within that territory.

Clinical Terminologist

The Clinical Terminologist works as part of the team responsible for creation and maintenance of IMO’s rapidly expanding clinical terminology content, which is used by hundreds of thousands of clinicians worldwide. DevOps Engineer

The objective of the DevOps Engineer is to manage, monitor, and maintain IMO hosting systems and hosted applications, as well as to ensure system availability and performance complies with Global Hosting Operations’ expectations and standards.  The Hosting Systems DevOps Engineer will have a strong focus on understanding and proactively addressing current hosting needs as well as planning for future capacity, security and availability of hosted infrastructure and applications.  

This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, it also requires the candidate to have strong interpersonal and cross-departmental communication skills.  Self-motivation and ability to learn quickly is essential.

The Software Engineering Manager provides personnel management and agile coaching for two or more agile teams, and is responsible for their productivity and talent development. Medical Terminology Analyst

Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. (IMO), developers of the most widely used and physician-preferred terminology service for electronic health records (EHR) systems, is seeking a highly detailed individual to join our growing team. Physician Informaticist

The role of a Physician Informatacist will be to provide support to all operational teams responsible to the integration, implementation, and clinical support of IMO products and services within IMO-enabled solutions.


In addition, a Physician Informatacist will be involved in new product launch at IMO from a clinical perspective, with a focus on strategic and tactical projects that are borne out of the needs expressed by IMO clients.  These should focus on, but not be limited to, those that have a high probability for resulting in new revenue opportunities. At times, this individual will be provide clinical support across cross-functional teams for a particular solution or goal to ensure proper rollout during an early adopter program or development of a particular product.

Product Integration Specialist

The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that IMO’s suite of products are delivered and optimally implemented within the Customer’s Health IT applications. They work with diverse teams both within and outside of IMO to incorporate unique attributes to achieve prime technical integration for the customer’s environment. Additionally, they provide ongoing technical and service support to our customers.

QA Developer

As a QA Developer you will be working within the Product Release team in the Products & Services department; focusing on testing of the IMO product packages and content, either by manual testing or use of testing tools. This will include enhancing and executing our current, in-house test automation tools.

Sales Engineer

For initial product development and the onboarding of new software vendors, the IMO Integration Development Team benefits from individuals with advanced technical skills to partner with our Sales Team during the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. In particular, the Sales Engineer will be tasked to provide advanced technical support to facilitate new and existing vendor partners as well as new and existing onboarding processes. Based upon the particular technical acumen of the integration developer, this individual will have responsibility for development of IMO Technical Services & Integration Team tools and demonstration platforms.
