Channel Partner Associate

This position has a sales focus and therefore there is an expectation that the efforts and activities of this role will lead to growth in revenue of our channel partners.  With an expectation to grow sales comes a variable compensation portion of total cash compensation that will be communicated in writing to each individual in the role, as well as at the start of each year.

The Channel Partner Associate is responsible for the day to day management of IMO’s partnership with various channel partners as well as working to ensure continued growth. IMO’s growth is being driven through its partnerships and IMO needs to have an individual who is entrepreneurial, driven, and curious to manage and identify areas of growth within our partnerships. The channel associate will need to be able to understand and learn the multiple viewpoints needed to manage a channel: sales, implementation, marketing, project management, and market awareness. The channel associate will also be responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer issues that may need partner assistance to resolve and to increase IMO’s “stickiness” within their organization. This is a position that requires you to be a generalist, and be able to quickly learn different parts of the organization. While this is not a sales position, it is a position that requires a sales and business development focus.
