Client Executive

The Client Executive (CE) role will be primarily client facing and work to drive new sales, along with other initiatives that may fall into purview. Expect 50 to 60 % travel. The operative will be responsible to manage a full territory and work in conjunction with a Division leader as well as an Account Management team to generate new revenues within that territory.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work territory for new sales/Revenue for designated products assigned to role
  • Held accountable to meet and exceed sales goals allotted by leadership
  • Work closely with counterparts on inside to maximize ability to close business
  • Work closely with Account Management to transition clients seamlessly
  • Look for new potential use cases/product offerings for IMO
  • Learn and understand product offerings, use cases, industry trends, company relationships
  • Participate in User Group Meetings and tradeshows as required.
  • Managing data and sales process in CRM (from leads/projections to close/maintenance)

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

  • College Degree BA/BS
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience, outside sales helpful, EMR familiarity and Medical/Healthcare industry preferred
  • History of developing and fostering client relationships
  • Proven success at exceeding sales targets
  • Strong aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Solid references

  • Able to grasp core business models quickly and understand the complexities of a healthcare organization

  • Serves with passion and vigor, energy giver, organized, masters attention to detail, listens, has a high sense of urgency, brilliant on the basics of blocking and tackling, embraces accountability
  • Maintain an awareness and understanding of changes in the healthcare industry

  • External customers:  Hospital and physician clients
  • Sales Team
  • Products and Services team

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job

  • Opportunity to work from home (may work in Northbrook office)
  • Travel essential (approximately 50-60%)
  • Required meetings with leadership and tradeshows (including some weekends)
