Product Integration Specialist

The Product Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that IMO’s suite of products are delivered and optimally implemented within the Customer’s Health IT applications. They work with diverse teams both within and outside of IMO to incorporate unique attributes to achieve prime technical integration for the customer’s environment. Additionally, they provide ongoing technical and service support to our customers.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers using established standard operating procedures
  • Conduct Teleconference meetings to resolve issues reported by the customer 
  • Provide dedicated “on-call” 24x7 support where required
  • Communicate best practices for each IMO product or solution
  • Clearly articulate new workflow and customization requests from vendor partners and organizations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve new and existing IMO integrated solutions
  • Document current integration at the vendor partner and organization level, both internal and customer-facing
  • Provide technical support for Sales and Account Management teams when required 
  • Monitor customer activity against IMO-hosted solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills, development or database experience a plus
  • Experience in health information technology a plus
  • Familiarity with Epic, particularly terminology imports and build experience a plus
  • Customer support or teaching background experience a plus

Working Conditions/Physical Job Requirements

  • Must be onsite in Northbrook, IL
  • Involves significant time in front of computer as well as in meetings (in-person, phone, and web conference)
  • Occasional travel
