Intelligent Service Desk (ISD) is the best way to bring your questions to IMO. Use our webform dropdown menus to fill in your site info and questions and we will route it to the right people at IMO so your question gets answered efficiently and effectively.
The Intelligent Service Desk Website provides a location for clients to request New Terms, Mapping Clarifications, or “Other” type of updates that would enhance their workflow. These requests are processed by the IMO Team, in conjunction with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Clients will be able to follow the progress of their requests and can interact with the IMO teams during the process.
